Ministry Scheduler
St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish utilizes Ministry Scheduler Pro to schedule our volunteers for weekly Mass services. It takes 70 volunteers to complete all the tasks for the Mass. Volunteer positions include:
- Sacristan
- Greeter
- Usher
- Altar Server
- Eucharistic Minister
- Music Minister
- Lector
- Gift Bearers
To be scheduled on a routine basis in one of these volunteer positions, you will create a profile in Ministry Scheduler Pro. Each quarter, Margaret Reinert will send an email to all the volunteers that includes the mass times, dates and volunteers in each of these positions. If you can't make a date, request a sub through the portal. You can also keep track of your volunteer dates and positions in the portal.
