Here's How You Can Participate:

  • Save the Date: Saturday, July 20th- Bring the whole family for food, fun and festivities. Food trucks to inflatables, we've got the fun covered.
  • Donate Toys & Boards Games: Our toys and board games booth needs more donations. Get any toy or board game and drop it off in our church gathering space or parish office. O
  • Donate Gift Cards: Our popular gift card booth needs assorted gift cards in increments of $10 to $50. Drop your donation off to the parish office, or at Mass to the capital prize table. 
  • Make Cakes & Make/Donate Desserts: Grab a cake pan in the gathering space and make a cake. Deliver the cakes and desserts to the parish office on Friday, July 19th 9 am to Noon or 2 pm to 7 pm, or on Saturday, July 20th from 9 am to Noon. If you don't have time, just donate money and we will buy the ingredients and make the cakes for you.
  • Volunteer: Volunteering at a booth makes work fun and its for a good cause. The time flies by and you get to visit with friends. Middle and high school age students earn service hours.

Your support is really appreciated. We want our festival to continue to be the most fun in Fern Creek. This is the first year since the pandemic that we have brought everything back in full force. Your help - no matter how great or small -- will allow us to raise more money to support our school and church. Our goal is to raise $65,000 to cover the costs of our summer project plans, including the renovation of seven classrooms, enhancing our security with additional keyless access doors and new locks. 100% of our proceeds support building and growth initiatives.
