During one week in July St. Gabriel will  offer an exciting fun-filled VBS  program  for children 3 years old (fully potty trained) through the 5th grade. VBS takes place 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM Monday through Friday with a special music presentation and power point slide show on Friday. Both adult and youth volunteers are needed to staff this exciting program which offers music, crafts, drama, games, snacks, and much more. COMMAND TOWER Stewardship Opportunities:

• Station Leader: Leaders are needed to plan and implement the activities at each station. (Up and Away Sing & Play, Wild Blue Bible Adventures, All-Star Game, Sky High Movie and Missions; Imagination Station, Skydive Diner, Fly Away Finale)
• Crew Leader: Crew leaders are needed for both elementary and preschool aged children. Crew leaders are in charge of a small group of children. No teaching is involved and very little advance preparation is required. You must be at least 16 years old to be a crew leader.
• Adult Volunteer: Other adult volunteers are needed to help at each of the stations and to serve in other ways (Youth Helper Coordinator: Volunteer Check-In/Lost & Found; etc.)
• Youth Volunteer: Youth 7th grade through High school are needed to assist in various areas.  Youth who are in the 6th grade may volunteer  if  they are accompanied by an adult  (18 and up) volunteer who will  work with them  
• Donation Procurement:  An opportunity for the parent who is not able to be at Bible School during the weekday, but wants to assist.   Volunteer to solicit donations for supplies, props, food, etc. used at VBS.
