Uniform Order Form for Coffman's

• We now have long sleeve polos in stock in youth sizes—if you want an adult size, it can be ordered.
• We have the new logo sweatshirts in both navy and gray in stock as well as the short-sleeve polos.
• We still have a few of the ‘old’ logo sweatshirts and polo shirts available at great (cheap!) prices if you need some just to get through the rest of the school year.
• We also have lots of spirit items available including blankets, umbrellas, jackets, hoodies, polos, etc.—come in and shop!
• We are open Wed. & Thurs. 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM, and 2:45 PM – 3:15 PM—if no one is there, go to the school office and someone will help you.
