The World War II Memorial honors the 16 million who served in the armed forces of the U.S.,
And the more than 400,000 who died. It is also a great way to remember the evil acts Adolf Hitler had done. he was truely a
evil racist man he ordered nazis to kill any jews they could get and over 400,000 of them did die

- this law autherized the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) to establish a World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C.

- and was opened to the public on april 29 2004
- more than 22,000 us citizens died in WWII
- over 987,000 us citizens served in WWII
