Biography:

Mrs. Sandy Weber comes to us from St. Margaret Mary  and Westport High Schools,  where she grew up.   Mrs. Weber shares her many talents with the school, through her involvement in Future Problem Solving (4 years), the St. Gabriel Children's Choir, Angel Schola, (7 years), as a Health Promotion School of Excellence Teacher, and as a SHINE teacher.  She has won numerous awards and recognitions including: two Aegon Grants,  the American Lung Association Great American Smoke Out Slogan Contest Winner, and an American Lung Association Grant.  She was recently named the 2011 Catholic Education Foundation Teacher Award Winner from St. Gabriel School.

Mrs. Weber and her husband Tom, have been active members of St. Gabriel parish since 1975.  Mrs. Weber served on the first parish council as social and public relations chairperson.  She is presently serving on the parish council as a member at large.  She also wrote the history of St. Gabriel's for the parish's 25th anniversary celebration.  Mr. and Mrs.Weber have two daughters, Marcia Weber Brey and Gina Weber Hulsewede.   They also have three grandsons, Nathaniel Lee, born on August 15, 2001, Samuel Lee, born March 1, 2003,  and Alexander Lee, born on September 5, 2006, and two granddaughtes,  Madison Mae, born on July 1, 2008, and Clara Bess, born on April 5, 2010.   Mrs. Weber enjoys playing the piano, decorating, walking and spending time with her family.
