Cantors

We utilize cantors (singers) at every Mass to help lead the congregation in all songs, but most importantly, the responsorial psalm.  It is important to recognize that cantors are not meant to be soloists – they are truly leading the congregation and encouraging active participation of the whole church community!  If you are interested in cantoring, you must be an Archdiocesan certified cantor.  For cantor certification information, please contact Laura Kline, Music Minister, at 494-6334 or lkline@stgabriel.net.
