Homework:
Weeks: August 11-15-09 & August 18-22-09
All students will receive a Health Form that will need to be filled out by a parent or guardian.
This assignment is due the very next class period for a grade.
Grades 4-8th: Bring notebook & pen to class. On-going Pedometer Activity. I will be checking all P.E. journals to see if this
assignment was completed. Students have been using pedometers
during physical education class. During each class period,
students are to record the number of steps they took, the number of
miles they walked, the calories they had burned as well as the amount
of time they have exercised during physical education class. All
students are given the last 5 minutes of class to record this data.
Grades 4-8th: Students
will need a mouth guard for Lacrosse. We will begin Lacrosse in
the spring. They can be purchased at Walmart, Dick's or any
sporting good store. Students will not be able to particpate in
any leadup games without one due to safety reasons.
I will be posting additional information to
this website throughout the year, including homework assignments,
important dates, reminders, newsletters, and other miscellaneous items of
interest. I will be communicating through your child when important
things have been put on the page. I envision that this website will
become a primary means of communication and a valuable resource for both
you and your child!

You may contact
me via email, send a note
with your child, or leave a message at the school office (239-5535).
I will respond to your message as soon as possible.
