The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops The organization of the Roman Catholic Bishops of the United States. The purpose of the Conference is to promote the greater good which the Church offers humankind, especially through forms and programs of the apostolate fittingly adapted to the circumstances of time and place. The bishops publish many statements on social issues.

The Campaign for Human Development This department gives grants to groups who seek to end the root causes of poverty. They also provide information to the public on the issue of poverty in the United States.
The Catholic Conference of Kentucky An organization of the four dioceses in the state of Kentucky that presents a unified approach on public policy matters which pertain to the overall welfare of the People of God in Kentucky.
