comes to us all the way from Louisville, Kentucky where she attended Mother
of Good Council grade school and Sacred Heart Academy. Mrs. Chancellor
and her family are members of St. Albert parish where she is active in the
PTO, fundraising, St. Albert School Board, and the parish picnic
committee. Mrs. Chancellor
and her husband, Mike, who is also a teacher, have two children, Michael, age
23, and Stephen, age 18. When she isn't busy working on lesson plans or
grading papers, Mrs. Chancellor enjoys reading, cross-stitching, knitting and
gardening. Reflecting on
her background in special needs education, Mrs. Chancellor reminds her

determined by participation, tests, quizzes and a variety of assignments. Homework and class work All homework must be turned in at class time for credit. Any paper without a name will be treated as a missing assignment. Students are not permitted to return to their homerooms for forgotten homework, books or supplies. Long-term projects must be turned in on the date due to receive full credit. No exceptions will be made for absences, broken printers etc. Late assignments will be given a deduction of 20% for the first day late, 40% for the second day and no credit after three days. Homework is given in class and is posted online as a courtesy and students are responsible for their homework even if it is not posted on the website. Grades Grades are assessed as follows: Literature Tests 40% Quizzes 25% Homework 20% Participation 15%
