WORLD DAY OF PRAYER St. Gabriel will host the Fern Creek/Highview 2010 World Day of Prayer on Friday, March 5. World day of Prayer is an ecumenical celebration of informed prayer. The prayer service this year is written by the women of Cameroon for families in need worldwide. The theme is “Let everything that has breath praise God.” You are invited to join women, men and children from 170 countries and regions in this World day of prayer on Friday, March 5. Registration, food and fellowship starts at 9:15 and the prayer service is at 10AM in church. There is an offering for the needs of families around the world who are victims of poverty, violence and human trafficking. Canned good for Fern Creek/Highview Ministries are welcomed Other events in our future.... Next book discussion will be on Wednesday, April 21 at 7:30 p.m. in loft 1 (if available). The book is Weight of Silence.
